Patients are fully responsible to ensure their accounts are settled in full regardless of medical aid coverage..
Our billing department will forward you a monthly invoice. Any outstanding balance remaining after your medical aid has paid your specialist remains the responsibility of the patient or person responsible for the account.
Your prompt settlement of your account would be appreciated. Arrangements can be made to settle your account with a monthly installment, however this needs to be arranged with our billing department or your specialist before any procedure.
